I wanted to share how pleased we were with Cello’s Car Service. Even with Airport being two hours away, everything was handled smoothly and professional from start to finish. Otto was punctual, friendly, and made the entire trip comfortable and stress free.

Communication was excellent, the vehicle was clean and comfortable and we truly appreciated the reliability after a long day of travel. I would definitely recommend Otto Car Service and will definitely use again in the future.

Cello Car Service offers reliable, superior black car service. Otto was flexible to accommodate extensive travel delays that pushed a recent JAX pick up from 10pm to 1:30am. So grateful we always use Cello and can count on Otto.

As recent relocates to Del Webb Nocatee, we’ve reached out to Otto for recommendations on other services in the area. For example, Otto was also able to connect me with a home concierge service that helped me out in a pinch when a pricey rug was delivered to my home while traveling.

Otto what a gent and what a service!

Otto is such a gent! On our latest journey to the airport it was pouring with rain and he wouldn’t let us get wet at all, insisting on helping with our luggage and making sure we were comfortable from the moment we stepped outside.

We always have a great chat with Otto, he’s so genuine, friendly, and courteous. He goes the extra mile every time, making sure the temperature is just right and that we have water on hand. After a long journey from Manchester to Orlando, we were absolutely parched, so that thoughtful touch meant a lot!

He’s always on time, totally reliable, and provides consistently excellent service. Truly a 5-star experience every time. Thanks Otto, see you soon!
