Otto picked 5 of us at our home for our ride to the airport for a Greece/Italy cruise. Service was superb, would not let us touch our luggage, loaded professionally and with care! Arrived home 16 days later and Otto was right there in the arrival lane waiting. Excellent communication, followed our flight all the way from Venice to Toronto and JAX.
